Company/Corporate Tuition Reimbursement Programs for getting your MBA - What types of packages are offered?

I recently realized that without an MBA, I have reached a ceiling in my career advancement within Product Marketing and Brand Management. My current employer is only willing to offer about $1200 a semester and requires that I sign a 3 year contract following graduation for this level of support. I think this is a bum deal and would like to survey what other employers offer. Please cite the size and industry of your employer in your answer for comparison purposes. I know that 100% sponsorship is pretty stand within consulting but wonder: what is the likelihood of getting someone to sponsor my MBA within a career in marketing?

Your best bet would be to check competitive company's online 'careers' section of their webpage to see what their benefits/perks are. If you work for a University you'll get free tuition, but even they put caps on the number of credits they'll cover per semester.

There's a great site with just about everything one would need to know about an MBA, along with links to several universities.

Good luck.
