Simple survey ~ How long did it take you to train, or qualify in your chosen chosen career?
i am always training and learning! got to keep moving on.
Reply:Well when i started out as a cashier 8 years ago i didnt need much training but i think i was trained for 2 days,,,,,,,then i moved to the deli counter i didnt need any training.........it was a hands on job.........i was there for 5 years.........what im doing now is working in the automotive and everyday i am learning something new and i love it...i have been in this position for a lil over 1 year..........o yeah I work at Wal-mart.

Reply:well i havent finish but it will take me 9 years and it could be more...
