i remember something - a song about a lollipop and a candyshop ........ i think that is her.
Reply:I remember her. My grandmother always would buy me her classic movies for me, when I was little. I loved watching them. I can still remember staying over at her house during the summer and watching the movies over and over again. I new all of the scripts.





I dont know what happened to her after her career.
Reply:Of course. I love watching Shirley Temple films from child star to teenager. My mom bought me a Shirley Temple doll when I was young. The doll didn't have curly ringlets or resemble her except for the dimple. After marrying a businessman she was called Shirley Temple Black. I think she raised three daughters and was active in politics for at least 30 years. My daughter likes her, too. Several months ago, we watched Since You Went Away which featured her as a teenager. Good movie.

2. Supposedly, like many child actors, she just wasn't a child anymore so she stopped working and decided to have a family. And history repeats itself with most child actors. I think I also heard that she tried to something with politics... which is pretty much the same as when Arnold Schwarzenegger became governor of California... weird. I think she's actually still alive too.
